Radiate Art Space’s 6th annual Richmond Art Crawl will take place on Sunday, September 28th, 2025

 
 

On-line vendor registration for Art Crawl 2025 will open soon!


 
 

 

Show Details:

  • Each vendor will be allotted a 10x10 space.

  • Vendor will provide own tent, tables, chairs and displays.

  • No electricity or WIFI provided.

  • All tents must fit within a 10x10 and must be properly anchored and/or weighted.

  • Set up begins at 8:00am on Sunday September 28th.

  • All vendors will park in vendor designated area.

  • Booths are to be open and manned from 10:00am - 3:00pm. (No early break down.)

  • Vendor will be responsible for their own trash removal.

  • This is an outside event & will be held rain or shine.


Vendor Fees (due upon booking):

  • Artist Booth: $65

  • Food Truck: $125


Cancellation Policy:

Vendor cancellations received via email, no later than August 31, 2025 will receive a full refund if we can fill your space. If we cannot fill your space, we will refund half of your fee. Cancellations received between September 1, 2025 and the day of the event will receive no refund unless we have someone to fill your space.
