USE OUR SPACE: Host Your Own Creative Session!
Our studio space is available for rental! Ideal for artists who wish to host a workshop, teach a series of classes, or run a summer camp. Groups who need a workspace to spread out, get messy, and create also enjoy our space. Past artist-led classes and workshops have included painting, printing, sewing, felting, stained glass, paper-marbling, quilling, and more.
Our 640 sq ft studio space features:
1 large, wide table – 96 x 48" (can seat approx. 6 adults, or 8 children each)
3 medium tables - 72 x 36" (can seat 4-6 chairs)
2 child-size tables + 4 child-size chairs
10 stools + 12 chairs with backs
Additional folding tables (two 6 foot) are available at no charge
Wi-Fi connection
Large white wall for image projection
Concrete floor - lets you get messy!
Our café room can be used for food + also features:
Washroom with large utility sink for easy clean-up
Bathroom with baby changing table
Art book cart
1 rectangular table + 3 chairs
1 round table (drop-leaf)

Our space is rented in time blocks as follows:
Friday - Sunday
Monday - Thursday
$75 per 4 hour time block
Morning Block: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Afternoon Block: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Evening Block: 6:30 pm* - 9:30 pm
$130 per 4 hour time block
Morning Block: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm
Afternoon Block: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Evening Block: 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
*Please note the mid-week Evening Block Monday-Thursday is 6:30-9:30pm during the school year & 5:30-9:30pm during the summer.

Private Rental or Artist Workshop:

Looking to host an artful birthday party, special event, baby shower, or are you a teaching artist looking for an art studio where you can host a class of your own?? Radiate Art Space is available for private event rentals! Included in the private event rental is use of the art studio for creating, the café room for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area. Art supplies and activities are not included in the rental fee, but Radiate would be happy to provide hosts with a directory of local artists and community connections that can be contracted to teach or provide entertainment for your private event.
Radiate Art Space is also the perfect venue to teach a class of your own design! For teaching artists, the rental includes the use of Radiate’s painting tools & equipment (paint brushes, rulers, scissors, water containers, palette knives). Note: No materials included with rental (e.g. paints, markers, pencils, canvases, paper or paper towels). If the teaching artist wishes, Radiate will advertise the class on our social media and/or in our monthly newsletter, with images and class description provided by the teaching artist. We offer discounts for multi-session bookings (25% discount for 3 blocks & 35% discount for 6 blocks). Reach out for details!
Radiate Toddler Time Party & Teacher*:
$330 per 4 hour time block
If you have toddler aged children (recommended ages 18 mos-3 yrs) and would be interested in a Radiate Toddler Time Party, the fee would be $330 (includes one space rental time block). The Radiate Teacher would then run your party like our Toddler/Preschool Art Play Program (with access to our sensory tables, painting, playdough, and other child-friendly art activities) for 1.5 hours of activities + 30 minutes cake/presents time, and they would also handle clean-up so that our supplies are ready to go for our monthly programs. The Radiate Toddler Time Party fee of $330 is for up to 10 children (additional children $10 per child, up to 12 kids max). Toddler Time Parties are typically Saturday or Sunday morning or afternoons (check calendar and email us for availability).

Non-Profit Meeting or Fundraiser:
$60*/4 hours
Non-profit groups looking for a venue to host a fundraising event or meeting - rent Radiate Art Space! Included in the private rental is use of the art studio for creating, the café room for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area. We offer discounts for multi-session bookings - reach out for details.

Radiate-Sponsored Free Community Event:
$0/4 hours
Are you a group or individual looking for a venue to host a free class or event that benefits the community? Radiate would love to sponsor your event! Allowing Radiate to sponsor your event gives your group access to the space for four hours, and use of the art studio space for creating, the café space for dining, a private bathroom and utility sink area. Radiate can advertise the event in our newsletter and on our social media, as well as run registration for free classes.
Renting party responsible for all food, beverages (no alcohol permitted) & paper goods.
