Party Rentals

Host your own party in our colorful, art-inspired studio! Families love hosting their parties at Radiate. The space allows more freedom to get creative than having a party at home. We do the set up, you have all the fun and run the show! 

 

Art Play Party (recommended ages 2 - 6)

  • Parties are held on Saturdays.

  • There are 2 party time slots: 10 - 11:30am or 2:00 - 3:30pm

  • $225 up to 8 children

  • Additional children $5 per child (12 max)

    What’s included:

    • 1 hour of studio time and an additional 30 minutes for cake and presents

    • All art supplies and materials included

    • Use of the separate gallery room for enjoying the food you bring or opening any presents

    • Mural Wall painting – finished mural can be brought home

    • Play Dough table – you can specify two colors that will we make for your day

    • Colored Rice Sensory Table

    • Colored Pasta + Pipe cleaner stringing table

    • Mini Easels – tempera paint sticks, crayons, markers

    • Chalk table

    • Stamp station

    • Choose one special activity

      • Paint a picture frame

      • Decorate a crown

      • Make a magic wand

      • Salad spinner art

      • Spin art machine ($75 extra)

    Optional Add-ons:

    • Option to walk away at the end of the party and have us do the clean-up! ($50)

    • Homemade play dough party favors - ($2 each)

    • Add a Radiate art enthusiast to help with the party ($75) - Let a Radiate art enthusiast come in and instruct your guests in a specific art activity

Notes / Party Policies / Recommendations

  • Radiate is a colorful place where the art on the walls is always changing, so no decorations are needed, but you are welcome to bring “extra” decorations if you choose.

  • Bring your own food + non-alcoholic beverages, paper goods/utensils, tablecloths (if desired).

  • Radiate is happy to rearrange the tables/stools to accommodate your group.

  • Real candles are not allowed in our space due to Fire Marshall regulations (no open flames). A flameless candle option for your cake is available from us.

  • Radiate recommends chaperones (for toddlers, at least one parent stay per child, and at least one adult per six children for older children)

  • Chaperones must be attentive to children at all times as our space serves all ages and is not 100% toddler – proof.

  • Parties canceled or rescheduled with less than 7 business days notice will forfeit their $50 deposit.

  • Bring your own music. We have a WIFI connection + bluetooth speaker.

 
 

The Studio Space

  • 640 square feet

  • 2 large tables – 96 x 48" and 96 x 42" (can seat approx. 8 each)

  • 1 medium table - 72 x 36" (can seat 4)

  • 20 stools + 4 chairs with backs

  • Additional folding tables, assorted sizes, can be added at no charge

  • Wi-Fi connection + Bluetooth speaker

  • Large white wall for image projection

  • Concrete floor - lets you get messy

  • Garbage + recycling bins

The Gallery Room

  • Clean, colorful area for snacks & cake

  • Washroom with large utility for easy clean-up

  • Bathroom with baby changing table
